In our experience, too much training can fall into one of two generally mutually-exclusive areas:
- delivering great fun (if you like that sort of thing) outdoor "teambuilding"; or
- involving deeply interesting (again, if you like that sort of thing) theories and models.
We think that the most important bit about training is that it helps people in their real-world work. So we design everything we do from the ground up, based on your business, your organisation, your environment and your people. We love having fun in the great outdoors, and we're intrigued by classic training models as well as the latest concepts. But we only use them (or anything else) if it is going to work for you.
