training case study
A senior management team. Make or break time. The future of the whole organisation, and the jobs of the people who work there, rested in the hands of these few men and women.
A wonderful, if pressured, example of what a single, clear focus can do for a team. This group, the board of a subsidiary company, were faced with two stark possibilities - be sold off as a going concern, or be closed down. One possibility was significantly more attractive to them than the other.
Working with an organisation at a time like this, it was essential to ensure everyone’s buy-in to the situation they faced, the desired outcome, and the steps that needed to be taken to get from A to B. With such a small group, one from each function in the company, it was vital to get the best from each of them, and ensure that all different perspectives were taken into account - there was one chance to get it right.
That was three months ago. Great progress is happening, and we continue our joint work.
