Multicultural. Multilingual. Inexperienced. Outside the mainstream. And capable of delivering outstanding profit improvements across an entire multinational organisation.

A team rather psychologically separate from their own, internal customers, and physically separate from their suppliers. Along with their management, we determined that it would be critical to get the team to improve telephone communication, understand others’ perspectives, and sell their ideas with enthusiasm.

We designed a course to split this small group into an ever-changing set of roles, to mirror those in the workplace.

They had to share information accurately, understand the situation being faced by the part of the team on the ground, and, jointly, deliver the best possible results. As this process went through more and more iterations, the team reviewed successes and failures, and developed their skills considerably.

The group is now much more integrated into the broader organisation, and delivering significant financial benefit.
