training case study
Interesting situation. An established team with a new, and very different, manager in place. Significant interpersonal conflicts creating workplace stress and sub-optimal performance.
This group were a highly placed and potentially highly performing team, with huge technical skills and experience to draw on. However, through understanding their situation, we determined that significant differences in approach and styles were creating conflict, tension, and undermining the great strengths of the team.
Using one of the most powerful psychometric tools available, we helped the team to understand why each of them demonstrated certain behaviours, and which of these were more helpful than others. With particular focus on behaviours under stress, we helped each person to understand themselves better, understand each other better, and become more accepting of difference.
Critical relationships have been transformed for the better, reducing stress and increasing performance.
