open customer service skills training courses
In the forthcoming 12 months, we are planning three training courses that, as an individual, you can sign up to.
All three of the customer service skills courses will be based in a beautiful part of North Yorkshire, and be spread over four days. Each training course will begin at 2pm on the Tuesday, and end at 3pm on the Friday.
You will be part of a group no bigger than 16 - to maximise your involvement - and during the course you are encouraged to both live and work with your new colleagues. Accommodation (self-catered) is provided. The courses, as with our courses for teams from single organisations, will involve outdoor experiential learning, as well as interactive classroom sessions and activities.
