The light at the end of the tunnel
We feel, and have been getting the feeling for a few months now, that the worst of the recession is over. It might be the "bounce of the dead cat" that we're seeing, but that's not the way we're thinking. If we're right, it poses the question - are you ready for the upturn? Going through tough times as we all have recently takes its toll on organisations...are you in good shape to ensure that you make the most of every glimmer of opportunity that presents itself?
Now is not the time to be spending for the sake of it - cash needs to be treated carefully, as always - but there are things that you can do that, rather than being and expense, are a genuine investment in your people, your organisation, and your future success.
