Explore

The golden rule on Day 1 is that we’re not allowed to make decisions. At all. We are simply exploring all of the possibilities, all of the options; the constraints, the opportunities and the pitfalls. We’ll use some simple and powerful techniques to get everything out there.

Refine

We then focus on making decisions and creating the right plan. Using some advanced creative techniques, we’ll work through potential scenarios and stress-test them so that your plan can be landed with certainty.

This programme is usually based on the shores of Loch Lomond, but we have run this course across the country. Our locations are carefully selected to inspire free thinking, imbue determination, and create commitment, allowing you to raise your sightline above the day-to-day.
